Here are the fifteen states President Obama would like to emulate:

Arizona: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, mandatory 24 hours jail, up to 6 months upon conviction.
Delaware: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites.
Georgia: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, mandatory 24 hours jail, up to 12 months upon conviction.
Illinois: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, up to 12 moths upon conviction.
Indiana: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, up to 60 days upon conviction.
Michigan: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, up to 93 days upon conviction, vehicle immobilization for up to 180 days.
Nevada: 15 ng/ml for cannabis metabolites.
Ohio: 15 ng/ml for cannabis metabolites, mandatory 72 hours in jail, up to 6 months upon conviction, 6 month to 3 year license suspension.
Pennsylvania: DUID for cannabis metabolites, amount unclear.
South Dakota: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites for persons under the age of 21.
Utah: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, mandatory 48 hours jail, up to 6 months upon conviction.

What this means is that even if you consume cannabis in December, and drive anytime in January, February or March, you will be subjected to jail time and a criminal record for the rest of your life. This is definitely persecution, people! What happened to "if I'm not hurting anyone, I'm safe from the "po-po"? Well, my friends, that "pipe dream" went away a long time ago.

Our government knows that cannabis/hemp/marijuana is dangerous, and it is, to their way of life I mean. You see, if more people used cannabis, and fully experienced the spiritual awakening that can occur, our government as it stands would be in serious trouble. Masses of people would see the evil and corruption for what it is, and they would not be fearful anymore. The people would rise up as a group and put a stop to this "Democracy Devil." Oh, so you still think Democracy is a good thing? It's not.

In a Democracy, majority rules. And what we have now in our society is evidence of what happens when our government first tells us what the majority wants, and then acts on that, using manipulated statistics to lie to the American people the entire time. We are already living in a police state, subjected to random police checkpoints where we are forced to "hand over our papers" or be arrested. Now, Obama wants you to submit to a roadside drug test, you know, just for the fun of it. No real reason to do this, you understand, our prisons need more bodies, you see. It's all for the good of the economy. And we must "protect the children." What a load of bull!

If you consume cannabis, you are being singled out for persecution, plain and simple. It doesn't matter if you are actually impaired or not, just the fact that you have the metabolites in your body is enough to label you "criminal." Does that sound fair to you?

My family suffered a great loss due to the prohibition on cannabis/hemp/marijuana. My niece lost her husband, my great-niece lost her Daddy, all because he was on probation for cannabis use. Jojo used cannabis for anxiety, and it worked very well for him. But then he got caught and put on probation and random drug testing. He couldn't use cannabis anymore because it's very easy to show up positive on a drug screen even 2-3 months after use.

Jojo was struggling with trying to keep out of jail, and find a way to combat his now-even-worse anxiety. He went to a doctor who gave him Xanax. Xanax should never be given to anyone for any reason! Xanax is a killer. Legal and deadly. After taking it a while, the user loses complete touch with reality. Jojo was feeling like a zombie most of the time, actually increasing his anxiety level. Xanax also impairs memory and judgment. One night Jojo took too much. My niece found him dead in their bed, their 3-year old daughter was in the next room sleeping. Jojo was 21 years old.

It is impossible to overdose on cannabis. Not one case of death from cannabis overdose has ever been confirmed. Not only that, but our own government's Department of Transportation studies show that drivers using cannabis are actually more careful and drive slower than drivers who don't use cannabis. So, what's really going on here? Is this really about making the roadways safer? I don't think so.

What do I really think? I think this is just one more step in the wrong direction. We don't need more governmental interference in our daily lives, we need less - much, much less. I see patterns going back around 100 years or so that are designed to lead the American people gradually (one baby step at a time) into a state of Martial Law. The goal is for the American people to see this government-approved way of life as normal, everyday life. And those who protest are labeled as crazy, un-American, or even terrorists.

It's like the frog in the pot of water story. If you throw the frog in a pot of boiling water, he'll immediately jump out. But if you put the frog in cold water and gradually heat it up, the frog will just sit there and boil to death.
