Cake Ingredients:
6 tsp flour
4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp butter, softened
1 pinch salt
6 tsp milk
Mix all dry ingredients. Slowly add milk. Pour into greased baking pan that comes with the oven. Bake as directed in oven directions.
Makes one cake.
Frosting Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp instant non-fat milk powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 Tbsp butter, softened
In medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk powder and cocoa. Cut in the softened butter. Spoon about 1/3 cup of mixture into 9 zip-type bags and seal. Label with date and store refrigerated.
To use:
Mix 1 package frosting mix with 3/4 tsp water. Mix until smooth. Makes about 1/4 cup (enough for one cake).
